Responsive and Relational Fundraising (RECORDED)

Although individual donations remain 70 percent of overall giving, donor retention has fallen every year since 2008. Donors want to see their donation as an investment in positive impact, and are willing to "shop around" with their giving. That being said, Giving Tuesday 2022 was the most successful in the past three years, with a 15 percent increase in donations over 2021 and a 6 percent increase in the number of donors.

This workshop will review how to build a responsive and relational fundraising strategy that honors your donors gift regardless of value and ensures greater retention and engagement.
