Boni Candelario is an organizational development consultant, trainer and executive coach at Yale New Haven Hospital System in the Institute for Excellence. Her mission is to empower staff to take charge of their career, believe in their abilities and secure professional success.
In addition to her work at Yale-New Haven Hospital, she runs a leadership coaching boutique called Know Your Worth. Using an InsideOut coaching approach, she helps women create action plans on topics such as re-inventing their careers, handling an industry transition, and navigating internal politics and conflict.
She writes at www.bonicandelario.com and recently published an e-book, Career Strategy for Bloggers: How to Use Your Blogging Skills for Offline Success based on her coaching work with Bloggers and Social Media Managers. Boni holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
