Presenter(s)

Facilitated by Alice Forrester, PhD; CEO of Clifford Beers

Presented February 4, 2021.

Although 2021 is here, the transition from virtual or hybrid to fully reopening is expected to be both a complicated as well as emotional time where we will be hyper-focused on safety for children, youth, clients and staff. The disaster of the pandemic, economic chaos and the social justice movement have primed us to anticipate a time of great stress and opportunity.

We will review concepts of stress management, tools to use when working with those in crisis and learn ways to both care for self and others when responding to times of disaster. You will receive links to training online as well as a tool kit to utilize throughout the process of reentry.

About the presenter:
Alice Forrester, PhD, is CEO of Clifford Beers, a mental health organization that focuses on the health and wellbeing of the community.
