The 2015 City of New Haven homelessness assessment surveys existing resources and recommends a framework for helping people not only find housing, but also education, employment, and health services so they remain housed. The report was supported by The Community Foundation, the Melville Charitable Trust, Housing Authority of the City of New, United Way of Greater New Haven, and the New Haven Board of Education.
